The History

Tabarca does not allow any new build constructions on the island. This is the reason why we feel fortunate to offer four original Mediterranean style Tabarca Townhouses. They are completely reformed and key –ready. The project started before the global crisis in 2007. The contruction company got into deep waters but was able to survive and hold on to the project. For the first time in 10 years it is on the market, as an exclusive offer by Metropolis Costa Blanca.
